1- The guest must observe Islamic manners and etiquette during their stay in the apartment, must not allow any additional persons who are not accompanying them, and must maintain quiet so as not to disturb others, out of consideration for general comfort.
2- The guest must pay a refundable deposit as security; deductions will be made from it for any damage to room contents caused by the guest or their companions.
3- The guest is responsible for all room property and must take care of it; in the event of damage to any property, the guest must pay appropriate compensation as determined by management.
4- The guest must ensure air conditioning, lights, and electrical appliances are turned off when leaving the room to prevent hazards — God forbid — and will be responsible for any resulting incidents.
5- Check-out time is at 12:00 noon; late check-out will be charged as a full day’s rate.
6- Rent must be paid in advance; all confirmed reservations paid for are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-changeable.
7- If the guest is absent for three days after the contract ends, management has the right to open and dispose of the room and move the renter’s belongings to storage without any liability, and the contract will be considered void.
8- The guest is not entitled to a refund of rent if they leave before the agreed contract period ends.
9- Management is not responsible for loss of the guest’s valuables inside the room.
