No, you can book as a guest without an account. Creating an account is optional and lets you track your bookings.

What happens if I want to cancel?

Is the price VAT-inclusive?

Yes, all displayed prices are inclusive of 15% VAT — no hidden fees.

Can I book for the same day?

Yes, if a slot is available today and meets your party’s admission rules. Check availability and complete payment successfully to receive a confirmed booking voucher.

What do I do when I arrive at the hotel?

Save or print your voucher before arrival, then show its QR code to staff for booking verification and follow hotel instructions. Do not share your booking management link.

What payment methods are accepted?

Card payments are processed through Stripe. Available methods appear at checkout; wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay depend on your device, browser and service configuration. We do not assume support for a method that is not shown.

How does a day room differ from an overnight stay?

A day room is for the time specified in the offer, not an overnight stay. Check usage times, inclusions and hotel rules; we do not assume the services are identical to an overnight stay.

Are FUNDIQI prices the same as booking directly with the hotel?

We do not guarantee the same price as direct booking. FUNDIQI shows the final VAT-inclusive total before payment, based on the experience, duration, guests and selected options.

Can I bring my children?

Yes, children are permitted at all activities; this does not mean admission is free. Check guest counts, pricing, supervision and safety rules in the offer. Pools, gyms, jacuzzis and spas: women only daily from 5 PM to 9 PM Riyadh time; men only outside this period during available operating hours. Children are welcome in both periods. Each facility visit must fit entirely within one admission period.

How do gift cards work?

Buy a digital gift card from SAR 100 and share its code with the recipient to use the balance for available bookings. It has no expiry; the full purchase amount can be refunded to the original payment method before first use, subject to terms. Keep the card management link private.

Can I show the QR code without internet?

You can show a saved voucher image or printed copy without connecting your phone, so save it before arrival. The website, booking and staff verification require a service connection; offline verification is not provided.

Why book by the hour?

You may need a short facility visit or a day room rather than a full night. Choose from the offer’s supported durations to suit your needs; not every duration is available for every experience.
