Meetings at Gamra: Raghdan, Shada and Thee Ain
Compare Gamra's three meeting spaces in Al Baha, from room dimensions and seating layouts to technical checks and planning a separate team activity or meal.
A meeting in a mountain setting
Gamra Mountain Resort by Mantis offers a setting different from a city meeting venue, with Al Baha mountain views and three rooms named after local landmarks. Start with participant numbers and the purpose of the meeting: presentation, workshop or board discussion.
Changing the seating layout changes capacity and circulation space. Do not treat the combined capacities as the capacity of a single room, or assume availability of one room means the other two can be used at the same time.
Raghdan and Shada
Raghdan covers 64 square metres. The guide lists 60 theatre-style seats, approximately 35–36 classroom places, 24–25 in a U-shape and 32 for a banquet. Select a layout for screen visibility and discussion rather than choosing the largest number alone.
Shada covers 62 square metres, with approximately 55–60 theatre-style seats, 34–36 classroom places, 24 in a U-shape and 30 for a banquet. These figures help begin a workshop or presentation discussion; the final layout and room setup still need confirmation.
Thee Ain and technical preparation
Thee Ain covers 48 square metres. The guide lists 40 theatre-style seats, 24–26 classroom places, 18 in a U-shape and 22 for a banquet. Its smaller scale may suit a focused discussion or board meeting, but the choice should account for speakers and movement around the room.
The brief describes presentation, connectivity and audiovisual facilities. Check the screen, required inputs, microphones and Wi-Fi before the meeting, along with permitted setup time. Technical services and coffee breaks should not automatically be assumed to be included in the room price.
Team programmes and booking terms
A proposed day can combine work with a meal or suitable team activity, such as a problem-solving challenge or outdoor session. Coordinate these elements individually. This article does not provide an all-inclusive programme with guaranteed pricing or operation.
Allow extra arrival time on mountain roads, and check layout, cancellation terms, dietary requirements and additional services. Do not rely on an introductory price in a general description: the actual price, duration and inclusions are those in the published offer or confirmed agreement.
