FUNDIQI Points & Rewards
How FUNDIQI points are earned and used, their validity and cancellation and refund rules.
How do you earn points?
Earn one point for each eligible SAR paid for a booking, including VAT and after discounts. A customer account and a linked booking are required. Expected points appear before your visit and become available after the visit is verified and completed; payment or check-in alone does not immediately release spendable points. Bookings before program activation are not awarded retroactively.
How do you use your balance?
Open My Rewards, choose an available points discount and apply it to an eligible future FUNDIQI booking, including pools, spas, dining, rooms and meeting spaces at participating hotels. The actual discount is shown before confirmation. Redemption depends on available points and booking eligibility, up to 10% of the eligible pre-VAT value and SAR 50 per booking. The available discount can be lower and cannot be combined with another discount coupon.
Validity and ownership
Standard points validity is 12 months from earning. Check each balance’s expiry date in My Rewards; the earliest-expiring points are used first. Points belong to your account and cannot be transferred to another person or withdrawn as cash.
What happens on cancellation or refund?
Pending points are not earned for an uncompleted visit. Refunds recalculate points and benefits based on eligible spend. If previously earned points have been spent and are later reversed, a negative points balance may be recovered from future points, without an additional cash charge. The refunded points-funded portion returns to points with its original expiry or 30 days, whichever is later. Monetary refunds remain subject to the booking policy and required approval.
Gift cards and free experiences
Buying a gift card does not earn points; spending one on an eligible booking can earn points after the completed visit. Free experiences do not earn points, and membership does not grant free facility entry without a reservation and the offer’s conditions.
