You can check out as a guest without creating an account. A new booking completed while signed in is linked to your account and appears in My bookings. To add an earlier booking, open My account and paste its secure voucher management link into Link a booking with its voucher; a verified email is required. Matching a guest contact email does not add bookings, and a booking already linked to another account cannot be transferred.

After booking confirmation, save or print the voucher and show its QR code on arrival; validity checks require a service connection. Open the booking details from your account or voucher link to manage cancellation. New bookings allow free cancellation at least three full hours before the start in Riyadh time; refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days. Earlier bookings retain their saved terms. For an eligible cancellation, gift-funded credit returns to the gift card and any amount paid by another method is refunded to that method.
